MemberMaster Internet

 

This version of MemberMaster allows you to use the Internet, along with a service provided by Ehrreich Consulting, to allow multiple people to access your MemberMaster data over the Internet.

Using this service has the following benefits:

bulletAutomatic Backups (daily - 7 day retention, Monthly - 3 Month Retention)
bulletEmail your data to yourself to create your own backup
bulletAccess your data over the internet from home, the office, anywhere
bulletPrint reports, ID Cards, letters, etc. to your local printer
bulletReports can be e-mailed to anyone using PDF files
bulletEach user can have Multiple levels of security by function (Treasurer, Registrar, Game Scheduler, etc.) and each user can have access to multiple functions.
bulletSimultaneous Multiple User Access to Your Data from home, the office, anywhere you have a PC and internet access
bulletAutomatic updates to MemberMaster
bulletGreat Access speed to your database even over 56k lines (all processing takes place on our server, your computer simply acts as a terminal).
bulletSecure Connections - MemberMaster Internet uses RSA Security's RC4 128 bit cipher during internet connection sessions.

 

System Requirements

You MUST use Windows 2000, Windows XP Professional, Windows Vista Business, Windows Vista Ultimate, or Windows Vista Enterprise to use the internet interface.  However, Windows 95, 98,  Me, NT, and XP home edition may also work in a limited manner for a limited time (about 90 days) until you upgrade.

Note that not all printers are compatible with Microsoft's Terminal Services.  If your printer is not compatible you will need to print documents using Adobe Acrobat (see the above downloadable document).  Remember, in order to print at your local printer, your login, on your local computer, must be a member of your local computer's administrators group.  If you do not logon to your local computer, you are probably already a member of your local computer's administrators group.
